Once the USER becomes a follower or joins the RESPONSIBLE PARTY’s social network, they may post comments, links, images, photos, or any other type of multimedia content supported by the network. In all cases, the USER must be the owner of the published content, have the copyright and intellectual property rights, or have the consent of the affected third parties.

It is expressly prohibited to post any content on the social network—be it text, graphics, photos, videos, etc.—that violates or could violate morality, ethics, good taste, decency, and/or infringes, violates, or breaks intellectual or industrial property rights, the right to image, or any law.

In such cases, the RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to immediately remove the content without prior notice and may request the permanent blocking of the USER.

Any images posted on the social network will not be stored in any file by the RESPONSIBLE PARTY but will remain on the social network.

4. Data of Minors or Persons with Special Abilities
